Section 15
Disposition versions
15. A person may not fish in a ZEC unless he has paid the fees set by by-law of the agency; those fees shall not exceed the following amounts or, in the case of a non-resident, those set under section 18:
(1) $51.43 per day in an open access sector;
(2) $110.21 per day in a limited access sector;
(3) $166.98 per day in a limited access sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 9; or
(4) $1,335.96 per day in any sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with section 13.
The fees referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph may be charged only where it is part of a fund-raising activity of a nonprofit organization.
15. A person may not fish in a ZEC unless he has paid the fees set by by-law of the agency; those fees shall not exceed the following amounts or, in the case of a non-resident, those set under section 18:
(1) $49.93 per day in an open access sector;
(2) $107 per day in a limited access sector;
(3) $162.12 per day in a limited access sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 9; or
(4) $1,297.05 per day in any sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with section 13.
The fees referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph may be charged only where it is part of a fund-raising activity of a nonprofit organization.
15. A person may not fish in a ZEC unless he has paid the fees set by by-law of the agency; those fees shall not exceed the following amounts or, in the case of a non-resident, those set under section 18:
(1) $48.43 per day in an open access sector;
(2) $103.78 per day in a limited access sector;
(3) $157.25 per day in a limited access sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 9; or
(4) $1,258.05 per day in any sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with section 13.
The fees referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph may be charged only where it is part of a fund-raising activity of a nonprofit organization.
15. A person may not fish in a ZEC unless he has paid the fees set by by-law of the agency; those fees shall not exceed the following amounts or, in the case of a non-resident, those set under section 18:
(1) $48.09 per day in an open access sector;
(2) $103.06 per day in a limited access sector;
(3) $156.16 per day in a limited access sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 9; or
(4) $1,249.30 per day in any sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with section 13.
The fees referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph may be charged only where it is part of a fund-raising activity of a nonprofit organization.
15. A person may not fish in a ZEC unless he has paid the fees set by by-law of the agency; those fees shall not exceed the following amounts or, in the case of a non-resident, those set under section 18:
(1) $47.15 per day in an open access sector;
(2) $101.04 per day in a limited access sector;
(3) $153.10 per day in a limited access sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 9; or
(4) $1,224.80 per day in any sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with section 13.
The fees referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph may be charged only where it is part of a fund-raising activity of a nonprofit organization.
15. A person may not fish in a ZEC unless he has paid the fees set by by-law of the agency; those fees shall not exceed the following amounts or, in the case of a non-resident, those set under section 18:
(1) $46 per day in an open access sector;
(2) $98.58 per day in a limited access sector;
(3) $149.37 per day in a limited access sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 9; or
(4) $1,194.93 per day in any sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with section 13.
The fees referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph may be charged only where it is part of a fund-raising activity of a nonprofit organization.
15. A person may not fish in a ZEC unless he has paid the fees set by by-law of the agency; those fees shall not exceed the following amounts or, in the case of a non-resident, those set under section 18:
(1) $45.54 per day in an open access sector;
(2) $97.60 per day in a limited access sector;
(3) $147.89 per day in a limited access sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 9; or
(4) $1,183.10 per day in any sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with section 13.
The fees referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph may be charged only where it is part of a fund-raising activity of a nonprofit organization.
15. A person may not fish in a ZEC unless he has paid the fees set by by-law of the agency; those fees shall not exceed the following amounts or, in the case of a non-resident, those set under section 18:
(1) $44.87 per day in an open access sector;
(2) $96.16 per day in a limited access sector;
(3) $145.70 per day in a limited access sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 9; or
(4) $1,165.62 per day in any sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with section 13.
The fees referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph may be charged only where it is part of a fund-raising activity of a nonprofit organization.
15. A person may not fish in a ZEC unless he has paid the fees set by by-law of the agency; those fees shall not exceed the following amounts or, in the case of a non-resident, those set under section 18:
(1) $44.43 per day in an open access sector;
(2) $95.21 per day in a limited access sector;
(3) $144.26 per day in a limited access sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 9; or
(4) $1,154.08 per day in any sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with section 13.
The fees referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph may be charged only where it is part of a fund-raising activity of a nonprofit organization.
15. A person may not fish in a ZEC unless he has paid the fees set by by-law of the agency; those fees shall not exceed the following amounts or, in the case of a non-resident, those set under section 18:
(1) $43.39 per day in an open access sector;
(2) $92.98 per day in a limited access sector;
(3) $140.88 per day in a limited access sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 9; or
(4) $1,127.03 per day in any sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with section 13.
The fees referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph may be charged only where it is part of a fund-raising activity of a nonprofit organization.
15. A person may not fish in a ZEC unless he has paid the fees set by by-law of the agency; those fees shall not exceed the following amounts or, in the case of a non-resident, those set under section 18:
(1) $42.88 per day in an open access sector;
(2) $91.88 per day in a limited access sector;
(3) $139.21 per day in a limited access sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 9; or
(4) $1,113.67 per day in any sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with section 13.
The fees referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph may be charged only where it is part of a fund-raising activity of a nonprofit organization.
15. A person may not fish in a ZEC unless he has paid the fees set by by-law of the agency; those fees shall not exceed the following amounts or, in the case of a non-resident, those set under section 18:
(1) $42.25 per day in an open access sector;
(2) $90.52 per day in a limited access sector;
(3) $137.15 per day in a limited access sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 9; or
(4) $1,097.21 per day in any sector for which the selection of fishermen is made in accordance with section 13.
The fees referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph may be charged only where it is part of a fund-raising activity of a nonprofit organization.
